  1. Organization Account Setup: Confirm that your organization's account has been set up by your administrator. Ensure that you have received an invitation to join Speaksage. Invitations can be sent to specific email addresses or to all users within your corporate email domain.
  2. Email Address Verification: Double-check that your email address matches the one used in the invitation, or that it belongs to your corporate domain (e.g., @mycompany.com).
  3. Login Link Request: Visit our login page and enter your email address to receive a login link. Try logging in by email address even if you've logged in through a different method before.
    1. Check Spam Folder: If the login link doesn't appear in your inbox, please wait for about 5 minutes and then check your Spam folder.
